2 Eligibility

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of db789 services — including placing bets, playing casino games, and making deposits — you must register a personal account. The following conditions apply to all db789 accounts:

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one active account on the db789 Platform. Opening multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
• Accurate information: You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and valid contact details. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. • KYC verification: db789 reserves the right to request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method. Accounts that do not complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe may have withdrawals suspended until verification is complete.
• Account currency: All db789 accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The ৳ symbol is used throughout the Platform to denote amounts in Taka.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the db789 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are subject to the following terms:

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by db789, though your chosen payment provider may apply its own limits.
• Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfers via Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Additional methods may be added at db789's discretion.
• Deposits are credited to your db789 account balance in real time in most cases. Processing delays beyond 60 seconds should be reported to the support team immediately.
• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension pending investigation.

4.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. db789 reserves the right to process withdrawals via an alternative verified method if the original method is unavailable.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is between 1 and 24 hours from the time the request is submitted. VIP Club members at Gold and Platinum tier benefit from expedited processing times as detailed in the VIP Club terms.
• db789 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals exceeding ৳50,000.
• Funds must not be deposited and immediately withdrawn without any genuine gaming activity. Such behaviour may be considered money laundering and will be referred to the appropriate authorities.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

db789 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual offer:

• Wagering requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limit for each bonus are stated on the relevant promotion page.
• One bonus per promotion: Unless stated otherwise, each promotion is available once per player, per household, and per IP address. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times through different accounts constitutes bonus abuse.
• Game restrictions: Certain games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward the wagering requirements of a bonus. Slot games typically contribute at 100%, while live casino games may contribute at a lower rate. Specific contribution rates are stated per promotion.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not used or wagered within the stated time period will be automatically removed from the account. db789 is not obligated to reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the db789 Platform. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are published separately within each product category on the Platform.

• Bet acceptance: All bets placed on db789 are subject to acceptance by db789 at its sole discretion. db789 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet without providing a reason.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all sports betting markets and casino games. These limits are displayed within the respective betting interface and game lobby at the time of placing a wager.
• Errors and technical faults: In the event of a manifest error in odds, game outcome, or system malfunction, db789 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players. db789 is not liable for losses incurred as a result of technical faults beyond its reasonable control.

• Keno: Keno draw results are independently determined and cannot be influenced by db789 or any player. Results are final once a draw is completed.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the db789 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Opening or operating more than one account on the db789 Platform under any name or identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, access games, or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of cheating, collusion, or coordination with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage on the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform, games, or payment systems. Any such exploitation must be reported to the db789 security team immediately; failure to do so constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds and withdrawing them without genuine gaming activity.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the db789 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the property of db789 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the db789 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the db789 Platform without prior written authorisation from db789.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any db789 Platform content or software.

12 Termination

db789 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within a reasonable timeframe following a request by db789.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any activity that db789 believes may be in violation of applicable law.
• Behaviour that db789 considers abusive, threatening, or harmful to its staff, players, or Platform integrity.
• Account inactivity: accounts that have not been logged into for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant and subject to an administration review.

Upon termination of an account for breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account may be forfeited at db789's discretion. Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach — such as a player-initiated closure — any verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, less any applicable processing fees charged by the payment provider.

13 Governing Law
